In 1993, the Ford automobile factory in Germany installed DEWEHA industrial series products in the entire production system, completely solving the problem of water pipe scale throughout the factory. After 8 months of use, the effects were obvious: pipe maintenance and filter usage were halved, and the discharged water did not pollute the environment at all.
In Huaqin Industrial Park, DEWEHA will be installed in five projects (Pirelli, Lutong, Shenzhou, Bekaa, and Technology Center). The photographic records clearly show the changes in the pipes on the 54th, 34th, and 91st days of use, proving that we can actually achieve the effects of ``descaling, stain prevention, rust removal, and bacteria and algae control'' within the promised period.
Before installing the lithium bromide refrigerator unit, water was treated by adding chemicals, and the water was hard and had serious scale buildup. When DEWEHA was installed, chemical addition was stopped, and after two months of operation, the equipment was opened and inspected, and the descaling effect was very noticeable, and the equipment continues to operate stably to this day.
Installed in the dynamometer system in June 2019, and added the third group in 2022. The stains on the inner walls of the pipes improved in two months, and a corrosion-resistant black oxide film (Fe₃O₄) was formed after 11 months. In the second stage air compressor, we confirmed that no new scale was generated and that old scale was peeled off.
It will be in operation for one year from March 19, 2016 at Junan 4-2 Station. Furnace tube wall scale is reduced by 80%, improving mixing pump efficiency. The maintenance cycle for related equipment has been significantly extended, resulting in a significant reduction in direct and indirect production costs, reduced labor intensity for workers, and reduced safety risks.
In January 2020, DEWEHA equipment was installed and operated in the converter oxygen lance system. Five months after installation, no new scale was observed on the heat exchanger plates of the plate heat exchanger, and most of the existing scale had been removed.
Installed with pipe diameter DN600, flow rate 1500m³/h, and 28 coils. After 4 months of use from March 21, 2020 to July 16, 2020, no new scale appeared, old scale was almost removed, and soft scale caused by fungi and algae was completely removed.
Confirmed peeled scale inside the furnace frame and furnace door of the refining furnace. This saves time (no need to cut or replace the water canister), reduces labor (no maintenance required by dedicated personnel), and reduces costs (no consumables or replacement parts, and very little power consumption).
Installed in January 2020 in the production circulation cooling water system. After 3 months of operation (January 11th to April 14th), the old scale fell off and no new scale appeared.
DEWEHA water treatment equipment was installed in the seed tank cooling water system of the 6th fermentation process. After 4 months, we confirmed that scale was effectively prevented and the scale removal effect was significant by recording data on the unpressurized return water and comparing photos of the control valve.
In July 2020, it was introduced into the circulating cooling water system of the medium frequency induction furnace. Existing scale (old dirt) was removed after 3 months of use, and no new scale was observed. Another unit was added in June 2024, and the two units are maintaining stable effects and customer satisfaction is high.
Prior to installation, maintenance was performed using additives, and the scale was severe, requiring irregular cleaning. Additives were stopped at the same time DEWEHA was installed on March 27, 2022. When the condenser return pipe was opened two months later (June 1st), the removed hard scale flowed into the rubber ball collection basket in loose pieces, and no new scale had formed in the system.
Before the system was introduced, it required replenishment of city water and pure water, addition of chemicals, and treatment with acid cleaning once a month. DEWEHA was introduced on April 15, 2022, and after 25 days of operation, the hard scale on the inner wall of the return pipe fell off. After that, without any acid cleaning or chemical addition treatment, the cooling effect continues to fully meet the demands of the site.
